The purpose of these T & Cs is to inform all Purchasers of the terms and conditions under which the Seller proceeds with the sale and delivery of the products ordered, as well as to define the rights and obligations of each of the parties in connection with these sales. .

For any order placed by phone, paper or electronic mail, a purchase order containing all items retained and conditions granted will be sent to the Buyer. The order becomes effective only after the signed return of this order form.

Article 8 - Payment:

Accepted means of payment are:

Article 9 - Retraction
Non-professional buyers, including companies employing less than 5 employees, have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise a right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.
The products must be returned to their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) and in an overpack sufficient to protect them effectively during transport. In this context, the responsibility of the Buyer is engaged and any damage to the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.
Any damaged item will not be taken back.
In accordance with the law, the cost of return are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and control of the returned goods.

Article 10 - Delivery:
The goods are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
Even in the case of a free port sale these goods travel at the expense, risk and peril of the recipient.
The delivery materializes the transfer of ownership between the Seller and the Buyer. Article 11 - Liability
The products offered comply with the Belgian legislation in force.

Seller's liability can not be engaged in case of non-compliance with the law, improper use, negligence or lack of maintenance.
In any case, Seller's liability shall be limited to the replacement or refund of the products.
Article 12 - In case of dispute:
These Terms and the resulting transactions are governed by and subject to Belgian law and the Belgian courts will be the only ones declared competent.
Article 13 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the site and other media are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Seller.
No one may reproduce, exploit, repost, or use any material without written permission.
Article 14 - Archiving & proof:
Seller will archive purchase orders and invoices.
These computerized registers will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Article 15 - Computing and Liberties:
By adhering to these general conditions of sale, the Buyer agrees that the Seller collects and uses his personal data for the processing of his orders.
The Buyer has the right to query, access, modify, oppose and rectify the data.
This right can be exercised by email sent to info@water-hope.com specifying: Name, first name, address and, if possible, customer reference.
