Article 9 - Retraction

Non-professional buyers, including companies employing less than 5 employees, have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise a right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.

The products must be returned to their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) and in an overpack sufficient to protect them effectively during transport. Article 10 - Delivery:

The goods are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.

Article 14 - Archiving & proof:

Seller will archive purchase orders and invoices.
